Getting to Know Your Project
Site Visit

We will thoroughly go over your vision in person and note down limitations, take measurements and snap pictures when needed. We are happy to answer site specific questions and offer quick visualisations, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Quoting

Based on what we learned about your project, we will come up with an initial quote. This is an itemised list of all our services we think you need to achieve your desired result along their respective prices. It is usually guaranteed for 30 days and you can ask us to remove, add or change anything before approving it.
Preparing to Start
Logistics

Once your quote is approved, we will arrange a brief follow-up to confirm all the practical details. This includes agreeing on a start date and timeline, site access arrangements, key handover, working hours and any specific restrictions or requirements unique to your property or building.
Welcome Pack

With all details confirmed, we will send over a comprehensive welcome pack summarising everything we have agreed on, alongside your payment structure, contract, invoices and key points of contact throughout the project.
Our Work on Site
Work Begins

With the contract signed and deposit received, we can start the most exciting part of the process. Every project and client relationship is unique, but we will always maintain close communication throughout, providing regular updates to off-site clients and taking the lead from those who prefer to be closely involved on site.
Updates and Scope Changes

We know that things change quickly and often in the build industry, so we are happy to re-evaluate the scope of works and amend our agreement during the process. Your welcome pack will have walked you through how to reach us for anything from adding extra works and changing materials to postponing parts of the service.
The Final Steps
Snagging

You can compile a snagging list of any final touchen, adjustments or imperfections you would like us to address once all agreed works are complete. We will work through it all to ensure everything meets your expectations before proceeding to the final stage.
Handover

Once the snagging list has been signed off, we will carry out a final walkthrough and hand over any keys, parking permits or access materials, alongside a parting pack containing our thanks, final invoice and an inventory of any leftover paints and materials for your records. If any issues arise after handover, we will always do our best to make it right.
